Stallion Hearts for Dinner

I recently texted my daughter to ask what she was serving her husband his first night home from a business trip for dinner. “Stallion hearts”, came back the reply. Stallion Hearts? Then I remembered the costume we worked on together. We had spent a whole evening hand painting the azure blue fabric.

She spent a whole month working on the costume. Hannah was going to be the heroine, Danaerys from Game of Thrones. I didn’t include a picture of the costume in that blog because I didn’t want to spoil the surprise when she showed up at Comic Con. She’s had a blast. And here she is.

She also had the good fortune of speaking with the New York Daily News and was included in a web video for coverage of the show!
