It may not be Spring where you live, but the dandelions are out here and it’s time to make wine and soup. I have had a theory for a long time. I think that the more you want a plant to grow, the harder it is to cultivate. Rather than try to eradicate dandelions, I have committed to add them to my diet. The wine is fermenting on a dark counter. The dandelion leaves are washed in the colander. If that isn’t a signal for all the dandelions to die, then I will gracefully give in.
