I’ve had my bog mop brush for about 10 years. Taking care of such a delicate and expensive brush has always been a priority for me. It’s too easy for a brush that is truly meant for watercolor to get gummed up when being used with oils. The big mop has always been helpful with the blending of sky colors with pulling the sky into the cloud formations. Right now, I can’t restore it to its fluffiness, in spite of successive soaks in brush cleaner. I didn’t want to go to using Tide yet, but that may be in the cards.
